Peanut pretzel bark
- Line a 20x30cm baking tray with baking paper. Put chocolate into a heatproof microwave safe bowl. Melt, uncovered, in 1 minute bursts on High/100% power, stirring every minute with a metal spoon until smooth. Spread the chocolate over the baking paper.
- Scatter the peanuts and pretzels randomly over the chocolate, use your fingertip to slightly press into chocolate. Refrigerate until set.
- Break into pieces to serve.
- TIP: Bark will keep 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge. Its delicious with milk or white chocolate as well.
