Peanut pretzel bark

Serves: 10 servings | Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 2 minutes

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Line a 20x30cm baking tray with baking paper. Put chocolate into a heatproof microwave safe bowl. Melt, uncovered, in 1 minute bursts on High/100% power, stirring every minute with a metal spoon until smooth. Spread the chocolate over the baking paper.
  2. Scatter the peanuts and pretzels randomly over the chocolate, use your fingertip to slightly press into chocolate. Refrigerate until set.
  3. Break into pieces to serve.
  4. TIP: Bark will keep 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge. Its delicious with milk or white chocolate as well.
