PCA is proud to again be sponsoring the
South Burnett Regional Culinary Competition at the
2005 Wine and Food in the Park festival.
Judges for this year's competition are Brisbane chef Alastair McLeod and Courier-Mail Good Life food critic Nick Bray (
pictured at right with SQIT hospitality teacher Jason Ford).
The day of fine wine and good food will be held on
Saturday March 12 in Memorial Park in Kingaroy.
The regional cook-off -
the third such competition organised by PCA - always attracts a large audience to the PCA tent keen to learn cooking tips from the experts.
Peanuts and peanut oil often feature in the dishes presented and recipes from former competitions are available on this website.
